BECOME A SECRET SHOPPER
The restaurant industry is competitive and while we aren’t the biggest group out there, we strive to do the best we can with the resources we have. One of our best and most important resource resource is you!- The purpose of our secret shopper program is to monitor the quality of our food, cocktails, and the service we provide to our guests. We are constantly trying to be better and improving our guests experience in our restaurants and bars. Our shoppers provide incredible feedback which helps us to improve and continue to please and delight our guests.
- We use our shopper’s reports to coach, promote, and motivate our Employees. Your feedback helps us determine whether certain menu items are working and how well we are doing at creating the right kind of experience for our guests. We hand select our secret shoppers; you become our eyes and ears, and we take this program very seriously
GIVE ME THE DETAILS!
Our shopper teams consist of two people who enjoy dining out or enjoying a few drinks together on a regular basis. We also look for shoppers that live or work near our quick-service locations such as West Town Bakery. Our teams visit assigned locations posing as typical guests for the purpose of evaluating their experience, focusing on the food and service. Within 24 hours of the visit, we then ask you to complete a form and narrative that details the experience.

The Fifty/50 RG is always looking to discover qualified applicants who buy into our company and want to help us succeed. We look for people who appreciate a good meal and enjoy seeking out great dining experiences. Our secret shoppers are reliable, thoughtful, and objective; they do enjoy being reimbursed for a meal, but they take the opportunity to help us improve the service and food quality at our restaurants seriously.
WHERE DO I EAT & WHEN?
The Fifty/50 RG prefers to use our shoppers just about twice per month over a 4-5 month period. We ask that you can commit to 6-8 restaurants, and sometimes the same restaurant more than once. We ask that you do not draw attention to yourself while you are a part of the program. We will assign you to the restaurants and provide feedback on your reports as you go through the program
REIMBURSEMENT
Within 30-45 days of your meal, we will reimburse you via Paypal for the amount of your meal, tax, and gratuity. After you’ve completed your last rating, we will add an extra $10 for every rating to your loyalty card, which we encourage you to use during your ratings, even though we are reimbursing you.
